Orange Pi is the target hardware and has not yet been validated on device. Its 96 GB does not replace the host computer’s RAM or SSD. Compatibility and performance must be confirmed before purchasing the complete setup.

The configuration selected in the proposal. Connects to the host over USB4; usable memory and model performance must be tested on the device.
Host laptop
32–64 GB RAM · SSD from 1 TB
USB4 with PCIe tunnelling, a compatible operating system, drivers and cable. The laptop hosts the application, documents and search index. A USB-C connector alone does not establish compatibility.
Internet and remote access
4G LTE / 5G · Ethernet · VPN
A separate router with an integrated or compatible modem. Bands and antennas are selected for the carrier and site. Dual SIMs from different carriers and a backup connection are options; failover is tested.
Backup power
A UPS for the whole setup
Sized for combined power demand in watts with headroom, battery capacity and required runtime. The router is powered too. Runtime under load and graceful shutdown are tested.
The laptop, connectivity, service plan, UPS and separate backup are priced for the chosen configuration. A laptop battery does not power the accelerator or router. A fixed number of hours without mains power is not promised in advance.
Data protection is part of the project
Company-controlled data
In local mode, documents are processed on your node. External AI services and any context sent to them require separate authorisation.
Encryption and keys
The design includes encrypted drives and backups. Recovery keys are stored separately, and physical access to a running device is restricted.
Access within defined permissions
VPN, a second factor and permissions by role and project. The internal platform is not exposed to everyone on the internet. Access is revoked when a device is lost.
Approved, traceable actions
Critical actions require approval. An audit trail records the actor, basis, time and result; permissions are checked before retrieval and execution.
Backup outside the working node
Versioned, encrypted backups at another location, with separate permissions. The plan includes an offline or immutable copy and regular recovery tests.
Validation before handover
Test loss of power and connectivity, backup recovery and access revocation. Agree the acceptable loss of new data and the time needed to resume work.
If the office becomes inaccessible

Work continues on the separate node
With functioning equipment, power and connectivity, the team accesses the same system over a protected connection. Leaving the office does not require moving the only working node.

Data freshness stays visible
If the CRM, files or another system remain on an offline office server, no new data will arrive from it. Use an authorised synchronised snapshot with its last update time.

A recovery plan is ready
UPS runtime is limited, and the mobile network can fail too. If the node stops, restore it from a separate backup using a tested procedure. Revoking access does not erase an offline copy already stored on a device.

Before

What works today, and what still needs to be implemented?
A software prototype includes assignments and approvals, document retrieval, verifiable metrics and an audit trail. The demonstration uses synthetic data. Connections to customer systems and Orange Pi hardware compatibility require separate validation. This website describes the proposed solution; the exact delivery scope is defined in the specification.
Do we need to replace our CRM or accounting system?
No. They remain the data sources. The MVP covers one agreed document folder, one mailbox and one CRM or task management system. We define the integrations and volumes before work begins.
Can the AI send a message or make a decision on its own?
Critical actions require approval from an authorised employee. External emails, significant discounts and changes to contract terms go through an approval process. Each agent has limited tools and permissions.
Can I use AI Office while travelling?
Planned options include secure access to the office node and a portable setup holding a limited copy of the data. These are separate configurations. An offline copy shows its snapshot date; fresh data from business systems requires a connection.
How can we expand the digital workforce?
Sales and support, procurement, HR, call analytics and an investor portal are later phases. Each module has its own agreed scope and must pass quality and resource checks.
